Refunds are only available on JTNM T-shirt purchases made online.
All sales are final on T-shirts made in person.
All sales are final on Posters, Poster Calendars, and Rag dolls purchased online and in person.
We want you to be completely happy with your JTNM T-shirt purchased online. If you are not satisfied with your T-shirt purchased
online you may return the merchandise within 10 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
The returned items(s) must be returned with a sales receipt and in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with packaging. Ship the item(s) prepaid, insured (we are not responsible for items lost in the mail), and securely packaged to the following address:

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping and Handling fees will NOT be credited.
Items purchased at a price discounted at more than 50% off the original price through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are not eligible for return.
All claims for damaged items upon receipt must be made within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
Please note that exchanges are processed as a return (see RETURNS). If you would like to exchange, please return your item for refund and make a new purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
JTNM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JTNM will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our shop page. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Wash garment inside out. Wash in cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not dryclean. Tumble dry on low . Turn garmet inside out to iron and do not iron over the graphic.
